Both of Tadoba's core gates sit inside Chandrapur district. This isn't a claim about local access — it's simply where we're based.

Moharli Gate Chandrapur town

Tadoba's most storied gate — Maya and Choti Tara's ground, quick reach to Tadoba and Telia lakes, and the strongest resort infrastructure in the reserve.

Kolara Gate Chimur, Chandrapur

Quieter than Moharli, dense tiger territory, and the faster approach from the Nagpur side. Where we send guests who want fewer vehicles, not fewer sightings.

Pench's most productive gate, opening onto the Baginnalla waterhole — currently tigress Patdev's territory.

Tala Zone

The fort, the 10th-century Vishnu statue, and the Chakradhara meadows — the most filmed ground in India.

Before you write to us

How far ahead should I book?+
Indian safari permits are limited and allocated in advance by the forest department, so 3–4 weeks ahead is sensible, and 6–8 weeks for peak season (Nov–Feb, Apr–May) or for Bandhavgarh's Tala zone. African camps, especially in the Mara and Serengeti during migration season, need considerably longer — often several months.
Are meals really included?+
On Indian stays, yes — breakfast and dinner are part of the per-night rate we quote, and it's confirmed in writing before you pay anything. African itineraries vary by camp, so meal inclusions are stated per quote rather than assumed.
Why are African prices shown as "on request"?+
Because African safari costs swing enormously with season, park fees and camp category — Masai Mara park fees alone double between low and high season. Publishing a single number would be misleading, so we quote per itinerary once we know your dates.
Can I book just one night in India?+
Yes. Every Indian stay is matched to the nearest approachable safari gate specifically so single-night stops work — you don't need to commit to a multi-night package.
Which reserve suits a first safari?+
Tell us your dates and we'll recommend based on actual zone availability rather than a stock answer. For a first trip our Tadoba and Pench knowledge is the deepest, simply because that's where we're based.
What do I need at check-in?+
A government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport or driving licence) is required at check-in across Indian reserves, per forest department rules. For African destinations you'll need a passport and the relevant visa or eTA — we'll flag the specifics for your route.
